Dr. William Ihlenfeldt & the Board of Chippewa Valley Technical College have systematically instituted a plan to outsource jobs since 2002. Is this the best plan for the community, staff, students or college in general. CVTC partnered with Sunguard/Collegis, a company with a reputation in outsourcing Information Technology at educational institutions across the US, and done poorly.
